Term 1 Self-Reflection:
Term 1 Self-Reflection
This term, I thought that the Algebra Unit went well for me. I had achieved a great score on the unit test and I hope in the future I will continue to do that for the other tests this year. This term I believe that my work habits could have improved. For example, when the substitute was teaching us math, I was unfocused and turning rulers into catapults. For term two, to improve my work habits I will listen more in class and focus on the worksheets the teacher hands out. That is the same for the substitute teacher as well. This term, three of the new concepts I learned were subtracting integers as well as multiplying them. One more concept I learned this term was graphing on the coordinate plane. There are many concepts that I am having slight difficulty with, too. One of them would be simplifying algebraic expressions and finding the input and output, then putting them into a graph. Moving forward to term two, some of my goals for the upcoming units is to achieve a reasonable score on my tests, stay focused, and to not fling erasers using rulers anytime soon.
